Cancellation policy
Non- member registration categories include annual membership of GBTA. GBTA must be notified in writing of any cancellation at enquiries@gbta.org. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount payable will be applicable for written cancellations received by GBTA on or before 15th April 2024.
Substitution Policy
- An attendee may transfer his/her registration to another eligible party if he/she is unable to attend.
- All substitution requests must be made in writing to GBTA at enquiries@gbta.org and handled on the backend of the registration system.
- The substitute is responsible for any and all financial arrangements between the original registrant and the substitute.
